Design & Engineering

Our Design Team can carry out design, calculations & validation of tanks as per API 620, 650 & ASME Sec VIII Stds. Our team uses a combination of advanced software such as PV Elite, AutoCAD & Solidworks to Engineer Highly optimized but stable tanks in order to reduce costs for our clients while maintaining a long service life for our tanks.

Procurement

Our Procurement team has developed great relationships with both local as well as international suppliers of high quality Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel as well as Alloy Steel Raw Materials of all origins. Our procurement team plays a key role in achieving timely delivery of projects while also ensuring that we never compromise on the quality of Raw Materials.

Manufacturing

Our Experienced production team is equipped with the latest machinery such as our Plate rolling machine which is capable of rolling upto 30mm thk. plates along with a Laser Cutting Machine capable of cutting upto 25mm Thk. Plates, a Plasma cuttings machine & an oxy-fuel cutting machine capable of cutting upto 150mm Thk. Plates. We also have access to Dish forming machinery capable of dishing plates upto 20mm Thk.

Site Assembly & Installation

We have delivered, Assembled & Installated tanks all over the Middle East & North Africa Region. Our Site team is highly efficient & capable of quickly adapting to site conditions & requirements in order to achieve on-time delivery of our projects.

Testing & Commissioning

Our QC Team consists of CSWIP Certified Welding & NACE Coating inspectors who carry out Internal Quality control checks at every stage of the Manufacturing & Delivery process. We work with reputed third parties around the world to organize the required inspections as per project/client requirements.

Blasting & Painting

Our Coating team uses high quality blasting media to achieve surface preparation as per project specifications & has experience using paints from several reputed manufacturers such as Jotun, Hempel, international, Berger, etc.
